Here is my Easy Fairtrade Cocoa and Fairtrade Bananas Recipe which I baked for Fairtrade Fortnight 2024.

I have tried my best to translate this recipe in Urdu.

This is the 12th consecutive year I've participated in the Six Items Challenge with Labour Behind The Label.

After 6 long years of grief and ongoing healing, my sister and I decided to seek the services of The Muslim Bereavement Support Service located in Chingford, London. 

This was a sisters only workshop.

We reserved our places to attend the Free Art Therapy Workshop, because talking about grief is not for everyone.

This year the World Fair Trade Day was observed on the 11th May 2024.

The World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) theme was ''Business Revolution.''

This year I was unable to record a video in English or Urdu but did manage to handwrite a poster in English and Urdu.

This World Cancer Day 2024 I  hand wrote the poster in Urdu and English and posted it to my Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn Profiles.

I attended a sisters only art therapy workshop with my sister Irem, this workshop was organised by The Muslim Bereavement Support Service.

Due to my own going shoulder issues I have struggled with my right shoulder to type this blog has been painful to type.

During December 2023 I was invited to join the Powershift Inclusive Excellence Committee (PIE) ad hoc sub group to encourage and motivate new World Pulse Community members to join.

Despite my poor health and painful right shoulder I have recorded a video in English, edited it and added subtitles in English and Urdu.

I listened to Sassi Stuckey-Beeri, Fundraising Manager at The Hunger Project. Sassi talked about The Hunger Project and their work empowering women around the world.

This August I continued to heal from my shoulder procedure (January 2022) and am learning to live with pain in my right shoulder. 

My right shoulder was very painful and inflamed and I struggled to write this blog.

I attended a 2 day online webinar titled, 'Journey towards Meaningful Connectivity Exploring Value' with the Institute of Social Entrepreneurs Asia, (ISEA).

Joined the August 2023 webinar about storytelling with World Pulse.

I listened to guest speakers highlighting how to teach literacy to deaf learners from eKitabu, this session was organised by the World Literacy Foundation and Sun Books monthly webinars.

This year's International Women's Day campaign was about embracing equity.

Sadly my right shoulder has been very painful and didn't receive the World Fair Trade Organization tool kit in time and designed my own IWD23 poster. 

I decided to write my poster in English and Urdu.

I participated in several webinars the first being the World Cancer Day 2023.

The second webinar was organised the World Pulse Changemaker Lab 2022 Program.

I participated in Fairtrade Fortnight 2023 which commenced February 27th - 12th March.

This month I continued to heal from my shoulder procedure (January 2022) and learning to live with pain in my right shoulder.

I participated in several webinars the first being the November World Pulse Changemaker Lab Live webinar for Module 5.

The second, third and fourth webinars were Zoom Webinars organised by the World Pulse PIE Steering Committee, World Pulse Changemaker Lab team and Your Voice Heard Online Training team.

This month I continued to heal from my shoulder procedure (January 2022) and learning to live with pain in my right shoulder.

I was completed module 2 Part 2 of the Changemaker Lab - World Pulse 2022 cohort and updated my initiative.

I received my World Pulse Digital Ambassador 2022 Certificate.

I celebrated Zero Waste Week 2022.
