This year the World Cancer Day 2024 theme was still "Close the Care Gap".
The campaign was all about understanding and recognising the inequities in cancer care around the globe.
This World Cancer Day, recognises the power of working together.
World Cancer Day knows that every single one of us has the ability to make a difference, large or small, and that together we can make real progress in reducing the global impact of cancer.
This 4 February, World Cancer Day calls on you, whoever and wherever you are, to play your part in creating a cancer-free world.

During December 2023 I was invited to join the Powershift Inclusive Excellence Committee (PIE) ad hoc sub group to encourage and motivate new World Pulse Community members to join.
Despite my poor health and painful right shoulder I have recorded a video in English, edited it and added subtitles in English and Urdu.
