This month I continued to recover from my right shoulder treatment.
I remotely attend two webinars about 'Understanding the home décor
and textile and apparel market.'
These webinars were organised by ITC.
In October 2024 I had my forth shoulder treatment and I am currently recovering.
In 2021 I wrote about my experiences of living with invisible disabilities and chronic pain.
It is my aim to change the narrative about individuals who suffer in silence about their disabilities and chronic pain and give a voice to those who find technology difficult to navigate.

While recuperating I managed to attend two webinars about Understanding
décor, textiles and apparel sectors.
Many thanks to all the guest speakers in particular Sven Eriksat, Nuguvan Agah, Brigitte Heuser and Caroline Kemuntu for their expertise.
This series of webinars was organised for women entrepreneurs in the home décor and textiles and apparel sectors.
The first session took place Tuesday 10 December 2024.
Sven Eriksat spoke about all things market-related – market size, volumes, points of sale, distribution, suppliers and buyers.
The second session took place on Thursday 12 December 2024.
Sven Eriksat talked about buyers – types of buyers, selection criteria, minimum order quantities, terms and conditions, compliance, and more.
He also talked about current trend forecasts.
