This October I continued to heal from my shoulder surgeries.
My right shoulder was very painful and inflamed again and I have struggled to type this blog.
I attended the volunteers webinars for Islamophobia Awareness Month 2023 and the 30 years of Fairtrade in the UK.
I joined the October 2023 Power Inclusive Excellence Committee and Training Tuesday: Climate Change: Taking Action to Support Women and Girls with World Pulse.

As a practising Muslimah who has experienced racism and discrimination due to my faith, I felt compelled to support the Islamophobia Awareness Month 2023 Volunteers webinar.

Islamophobia Awareness Month (IAM) is a campaign founded by 2012 by a group of Muslim organisations to raise awareness of Islamophobia and showcase the positive contributions of Muslims in the UK.
Our vision is to see a society free from Islamophobia in all its forms, and a campaign recognised and supported widely by everyone in society.

The goal of this year's campaign is to facilitate connection among individuals from diverse backgrounds, including both Muslims and non-Muslims, using the transformative power of storytelling.
Everyone has a story to tell. It can be based on their own experiences or those of someone they admire. So, let's take part by sharing our stories and sparking meaningful and engaging conversations.
As a passionate fairtrade campaigner and advocate I felt compelled to join the Fairtrade Fortnight 2024 webinar.
2024 will be 30 years of Fair trade in the United Kingdom.
This webinar was organised by the Fairtrade Foundation UK team.

I celebrated World Cancer Day 2024 by creating a poster in Urdu and English.
I participated in a School for Social Entrepreneur webinar with Chris Hines MBE.
