This November I travelled to London to attend appointments with medical professionals and understand why my shoulders are so painful.
It was a tiring two weeks attending appointments and I discovered I didn't need surgery and had a frozen shoulder.

I have realised the greatest health is wealth and my priority is healing and getting better. Self-care is not selfish. As the saying goes the greatest health is wealth.
