So I didn't post anything yesterday as I wasn't feeling too well and didn't have any breakfast.
I did manage to have a lovely cup of fair trade tea. :)

Plain natural yoghurt
Blueberries
Sun Dried Banana Chips (Tropical Wholefoods)
Fair Trade Tea (Clipper)
Sugar (Tate & Lyle)
Coffee (Co-operative)
Rye Bread and Butter.

It's Fairtrade Fortnight 2016 and I'm delighted to be supporting fair trade producers around the world.
'SIT DOWN FOR BREAKFAST STAND UP FOR FARMERS!'
As Martin Luther King famously said, ‘before you finish eating breakfast in the morning, you’ve depended on more than half the world.'
Despite our dependence on farmers and workers for the foods, drinks and products that we love, about 795 million people are undernourished globally.
My Fair Trade Breakfast...
For breakfast today I had:
