This June I fasted the final days of Ramadan and celebrated Eid ul Fitr.
Was very poorly and had to rest my shoulders and back.
Ordered the Traidcraft 40th anniversary 2019 resource pack
and bamboo cup.
This Ramadan was challenging.
Since my surgeries, I miss my parents.
Every fast, iftar and suhoor reminded me of my parents, their love, blessings and comforting words that are now absent from my life.
I pray for everyone who is grieving for their mother, father or loved one.
Sending you love, peace and blessings as you heal.
Wishing everyone a beautiful Eid with your loved ones!
I spent most of the month in bed trying to alleviate my shoulder and back pain.
Sometimes we just have to rest and heal.
I hope I can achieve a few more goals and actions next month.

My right shoulder is still very painful and inflamed again and I have struggled to type this blog.

I celebrated World Cancer Day 2024 by creating a poster in Urdu and English.
I participated in a School for Social Entrepreneur webinar with Chris Hines MBE.
