This year I celebrated Fairtrade Fortnight in Dubai with friends and had the privilege to meet Professor Muhammad Yunus again.

I presented Professor Yunus with fair trade Zaytoun dates, Divine Chocolate and gifts for his wife and daughter.
I also provided him with Fair trade literature and hope he will read my personal message asking him to support fair trade producers and the fair trade movement of the United Arab Emirates.

Sadly, I'm struggling to shake off this strange skin allergy.
I've had food allergy tests and fortunately I'm not allergic to the main food groups but am still tolerating, hives, burning and itching on my hands and palms.
I managed to jump in a taxi last week and attend a social entrepreneur showcase at Middlesex University Dubai.

The green and white traditional Pakistani party suit I'm wearing is not ethical but was purchased as a birthday present by my dear friends Sunita and Faiza.
The green scarf I've draped around me was a fairtrade gift from my friend Joanna who was visiting from Poland.
My right shoulder is still very painful and inflamed again and I have struggled to type this blog.
Despite my pain I managed to attend a webinar and record videos about PIE Community members expressing an interest to join.
I celebrated World Cancer Day 2024 by creating a poster in Urdu and English.
I participated in a School for Social Entrepreneur webinar with Chris Hines MBE.
